India is known as the holy land  where  Lord Krishna explained the mysteries of life and death in the battlefield of Kurukshetra to Arjuna in  the great Bhagvata Gita, when the war of Mahabharata was fought.

How to stay fit and healthy? One would say jogging is one way of staying healthy, exercise is the other – but I would say here that yoga makes you a healthy and a complete person.
